Initial home consultations, this normally takes 1 ½ hours and includes taking a brief, immediate suggestions including arranging existing soft furnishings if required and advising/choosing paint colours . This is followed by a typed up suggestion list from items discussed, list of possible paint colours and one a4 mood board with visuals.
Cost for above €145 within a 25 mile radius payable on day of consultation
Full interior design service, it is always a good idea to have a designer look at your plans from an early stage as they might see something you haven't understood thereby saving you hassle and disappointment in the long run. Be prepared to tell us about your lifestyle. A good idea is to start a scrap book with pictures from magazines of styles and items you like which helps us interpret your likes and dislikes. A new home doesn’t mean all new furniture and we are happy to re arrange and reuse your favourite items we can however offer a service that includes any of the following
- Lighting plans
- Selection of interior finishes i.e. doors, architraves, skirting boards, stairs, iron mongery, light switches & sockets
- Selection of wall finishes i.e. paint colours, wall-coverings & tiles
- Advice on storage solutions
- Selection and layouts of sanitary ware and accessories
- Tile specification and layouts
- Kitchen design and layout
- Selection of floor finishes i.e. carpets, wood floors, tiles etc
- Furniture layout
Once we know your requirements from the above, a letter will be sent to you outlining our fee structure.
Remember any time spent selecting and sourcing soft furnishings in the shop does not incur a fee
Over the years we have built up reliable contacts and can recommend trades people related to our industry including carpenters, painters, builders, tilers and carpet fitters
